Another Pantry Raid for Orange Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Such a nice combination of flavors with these orange and chocolate
chip pancakes.  Perfect breakfast this morning or for a
quick dessert top with whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and nut topping.


All Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cup(s) Pillsbury Best All Purpose Flour
  • 3 1/2 teaspoon(s) Baking Powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon(s) Salt
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Sugar
  • 1 1/4 cup(s) Milk (I used unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk)
  • 1 egg Land O Lakes Large White Omega-3 egg
  • 2 tablespoon(s) Land O lakes Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) McCormick Pure Orange Extract
  • 1 tablespoon(s) Water
  • 1/2 cup(s) Hershey’s Mini Chips Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup(s) Pancake syrup or maple syrup (on the side)
Number of servings: 4-5

Preheat your pan over medium high heat or your electric griddle to 375 F
degrees. Mix all of your ingredients together except choc. chips and syrup.
 Poor onto hot griddle, about 1/3 cup of batter per a pancake.  Now sprinkle
with choc. chips.  Flip when they start to bubble and are golden brown.
 Repeat this process until all of your batter is gone.  Serve hot with syrup on
the side.
